The highly anticipated Louis Vuitton Marc Jacobs exhibition will be on view at Les Arts Décoratifs in Paris from March 9 through Sept. 16. The exhibition, which will be an analysis rather than a retrospective according to the museum (Les Arts Décoratifs), will tell the stories and showcase the contributions of Louis Vuitton (1821 – 1892) and Marc Jacobs (1963) – the two authoritative men of the house of Louis Vuitton.

Retrospective on Giorgio di Sant’ Angelo
“[Giorgio di Sant' Angelo] was quite commanding at times,” said Martin Price, design assistant and partner of the late designer. “And you always had to be on [the] pulse. He was constantly moving forward; he was a whirlwind. He would do million things [within] one minute, and you had to keep up with him. It was exciting all the time; there was never a dull moment.” [1]

Harper’s Bazaar: A Decade of Style
As the editor-in-chief of Harper’s Bazaar in the past 10 years, Glenda Bailey – along with creative director Stephan Gan – has carried on the magazine’s tradition of publishing avant-garde and high-impact photography. Nearly 30 images that defined the decade have been selected to go on display at the Harper’s Bazaar: A Decade of Style exhibition in New York, on view now through Jan. 8, 2012.
